The Trendy Chef absolutely blew us away when he catered a bachelor party for 15 of us in Coachella Valley. From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. The food? Incredible! We couldn't get enough of the perfectly cooked salmon, and that mac & cheese was truly to die for—creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. The service was just as outstanding as the food, with attention to every detail, and you could tell The Trendy Chef truly loves what he does. Plus, it's always a great feeling to support a talented Black-owned business. If you’re looking for a caterer who delivers both amazing food and impeccable service, look no further. I found The Trendy Chef through the Thumbtack app while looking for catering for my daughter’s wedding reception. Let’s just say it was a stroke of luck finding the amazing chef Steven Moore! Not only is he an award winning Food Network chef, he is also amazing to work with. He was so accommodating to our budget and the food was absolutely incredible! Even our most picky guests raved about how delicious everything was. I highly recommend The Trendy Chef for your next event!

The Trendy Chef Catered our wedding. We had a buffet style menu for 130 people. Comprised of Tritip, chicken Marsala, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, garlic knots, a raspberry vinaigrette berry salad, and the monkey bread. Everyone loved his food especially the monkey bread and the tritip. His attention to detail, professionalism, and food were all exceptional. I loved having Steven and his team. They were wonderful and a pleasure to work with and were the EASIEST part of wedding planning! Definitely will be using Trendy’s services again! Thank you, Chef!!!! The Trendy Chef catered our large family party. Everyone… and I mean EVERYONE loved every item that he served, including a handful of some very picky children. The baked beans? To die for. The chicken? Cooked to perfection. His flavor combinations were creative and innovative. They have earned every 5 start that they have been given. His presentation of the smoked monkey bread was something that I’d never seen before. My 4 year old was still talking about it two days later! I wish my stomach were able to accommodate more!

Where do I start! I am a foodie for sure! So when I ran across The Trendy Chef on social media, I knew I had to have him create a birthday dinner for myself! I had him do a Greek style dinner “because I’m Greek” and he killed it! I had about 9 guests at my house and they were all very quiet due to the fact the food was so delicious. Nobody could talk during the eating part of the night! I would hands down recommend him to anyone who wants fresh, crazy flavorful food!

He catered our brunch wedding and it couldn’t have been better. Creative menu and everyone loved the omelets. The monkey bread was a delicious surprise at the end. A+

Last weekend Steven and his team catered my wedding. They did an outstanding job to say the least. The food was for obvious reasons amazing. And there was plenty of it! Steven brought an awesome team with him that took care of everything. Steven worked so well with me and my wife, if we needed to add or change anything regrading the menu, Steven took care of it right away. Weddings can be stressful, vendors can be stressful. But Trendy and his team are far from it. They killed it. I HIGHLY recommended this rising start for any event you may be having. Thanks again Trendy, Thanks for making our special day that much better.

Truly the best food EVER! The presentation, the explanations were very interactive and so much fun. We had the lobster Mac and Cheese, steak, mashed potatoes, Shrimp Scampi. So incredibly good. Can’t wait until the next time! -Tristin Mays

I was just a bridesmaid in a wedding this past week, and The Trendy Chef did an incredible job! The staff was so incredibly nice, and the food was DELICIOUS! They are extremely affordable and help you customize the perfect menu! I will definitely be using them on my day. Great job you guys.

We had such a positive experience from start to finish! He was very responsive, flexible menu options, offered gluten free options upon request and has competitive pricing! Our group likes to eat and enjoys comfort foods that we can pronounce - we were not disappointed! All COVID measures were taken and the food was cooked to perfection. Alfredo sauce on chicken wings! Why didn't we think of that? He was positive, upbeat, professional and even cleaned the kitchen upon finishing. He provided "spa water" in a beautiful dispenser and the dessert presentation of smoked chocolate cake was the cherry on top of an amazing experience.

Hired The Trendy Chef to cook for my 30th birthday and I was very happy with my decision! Everything tasted amazing and him and his staff were very professional. The surf and turf is a definite recommend and followed by that monkey bread and Ice cream!! Couldn’t say one negative thing. Made my birthday special and will for sure be hiring him again.

Such a wonderful experience with the trendy chef! My girls and I had a beautiful week in Palm Springs and he cooked dinner for us one of the nights and it was delicious! My favorite had to be the monkey bread and ice cream! So decadent and just melt in your mouth scrumptious! So professional and humble!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Trendy Chef catered my friends 30th birthday celebration. He was professional and the food was amazing. He mad manicotti stuffed egg rolls and it’s a dish I didn’t know I needed all my life. He came prepared and even served us fruit infused water. The Icing on the cake (literally) was the monkey bread! The best monkey bread I ever had! Thanks again for my making my friend’s birthday dinner a night to remember!

My man Trendy Chef is the bomb. He has done my wedding (lit) and afterwards stayed to put on a show! He got that smoke you want to have. I've already booked him for my birthday and if I can he will be doing another birthday and a party! Greatness when you eat his food and and his staff is tops!
